Email support@pixnobi.com with the subject “Cancel subscription” and your purchase email address or order reference. If a subscription-management link was provided with your purchase confirmation, you may use it instead. No explanation or retention conversation is required.
For email requests, the time we receive a request that identifies your subscription determines whether it was on time. Keep your sent message and our cancellation confirmation. If a charge is processed after a timely cancellation request, contact us so we can correct it.
During the one-hour trial
A subscription trial lasts one hour from the confirmed start time shown by an enabled checkout after your explicit agreement. It does not start merely because you visit Pixnobi, use the local compressor, or choose a plan.
Cancel before the displayed trial end time to avoid the first subscription charge. If you do not cancel in time, the full price for your selected billing period is charged at the end of the hour. The trial is not a one-day trial.
After the paid period starts
Cancellation turns off future renewal. Paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, unless you receive a refund that ends access earlier. Monthly, quarterly, annual, two-year, and three-year plans each renew for their selected period.
Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment or convert a long-term plan into a monthly plan. The separate Refund policy explains the 30-day guarantee for completely unused paid credits and preserves applicable statutory rights.
Before a renewal
Cancel before the next billing time shown in your purchase or subscription information. The next full billing-period price is charged automatically unless you cancel. Any change requiring notice or consent will be communicated before it takes effect.
Deleting downloaded images, clearing browser data, closing the tab, or stopping use of the service does not cancel a subscription. Contact support if you cannot find the purchase information.
