Images stay in the browser
The image compressor reads and processes the files you choose locally in your browser. It does not upload source images or compressed results to our servers, and we do not use those images to train models, create advertising profiles, or build an image library.
Processing may keep temporary image data in your browser memory while the page is open. Downloaded files remain wherever you save them on your device. We cannot retrieve your originals or downloaded results for you.
Website and support information
The hosting service that delivers the website may process basic connection and security information, such as IP address, requested page, access time, browser information, and error details. This is separate from your image content and is used to deliver and protect the site and investigate technical problems.
When you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to answer your enquiry, resolve the issue, and keep a necessary record of the conversation. Please avoid sending sensitive images or unnecessary personal information.
Online support
Chat messages are sent to Typebot to provide automated guidance. Support forms send the contact, request, order-reference, and optional screenshot information you provide to our support service for handling and email acknowledgement. Automated guidance and acknowledgement do not perform a refund or cancellation. Images selected in the compressor remain on your device and are not sent to chat or the support form.
Preferences and tracking
We use browser local storage to remember your language and currency preferences. These settings are stored on your device and can be removed through your browser’s site-data controls.
The site does not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or analytics trackers. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The Cookie policy explains the storage choices in more detail.
Payments
The local compressor does not collect payment-card numbers. Payment details may only be requested through an enabled payment checkout that identifies its payment provider and explains the transaction before you agree.
If you complete a purchase, the information needed to identify the order, administer your subscription, answer billing questions, and satisfy recordkeeping requirements may be processed. The applicable checkout must identify any payment provider and its privacy notice before information is submitted to it.
Use, disclosure, and retention
Where a legal basis is required, support and order handling rely on providing the service you request; security relies on legitimate interests in protecting the service; mandatory records rely on legal obligations; optional processing requiring permission relies on consent.
Service providers may handle the limited information needed to host the website, deliver email, or process an authorized payment. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to respond to a lawful request or protect legal rights. We do not authorize providers to use it for unrelated advertising.
We keep support and transaction records only as long as needed for their purpose, a dispute, or applicable legal recordkeeping requirements. Hosting logs follow the hosting service’s operational retention practices. Local preferences remain until you clear them or the browser removes them. Where processing involves another country, applicable transfer requirements must be addressed for that processing.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent for processing based on consent. You may also complain to your relevant data-protection authority.
Send a request to support@pixnobi.com. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that a request concerns your data. We will explain if a legal obligation requires keeping a record. We cannot delete files stored solely on your device; use your device or browser controls for those.
Pixnobi is not directed at children below the age at which they may independently consent to the relevant service under applicable law. If you believe a child has sent us personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review it.
Policy updates and contact
