PixnobiOwnership and permissions
Compressing an image does not transfer its copyright to Pixnobi. You are responsible for having the rights or permissions needed to process, reproduce, and publish the images you choose.
The compressor operates locally and does not host a public library of users’ images. We cannot remove an image stored only on another person’s device or on a separate website.
Report material on this website
If you believe material made available on Pixnobi infringes your copyright, email support@pixnobi.com with the subject “Copyright notice”. Identify the work you own, the exact Pixnobi page or material at issue, your contact details, and your authority to act for the rights holder.
Include your signature, a statement that you believe the use is unauthorized by the rights holder or law, and a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act, under penalty of perjury where applicable. This helps us assess a notice without guessing which material you mean.
Review and response
We will review sufficiently detailed notices and may request clarification or restrict access to material where appropriate. We consider relevant permissions and lawful exceptions as well as the rights holder’s concerns.
If you believe a restriction resulted from a mistake, contact us with the notice reference, the material involved, and an explanation of your rights. Where a statutory notice or counter-notice procedure applies, the applicable legal requirements govern the process. We may share the information needed to assess a claim with the affected party.
DMCA status and responsible reporting
The support email is a general copyright contact. This page does not represent that Pixnobi has registered a designated DMCA agent or qualifies for a particular statutory safe harbor.
Do not send knowingly false claims or use copyright notices to resolve unrelated disputes. Misrepresentation may have legal consequences. Avoid including unnecessary personal information in a report.
