Accessibility statement

Image tools should be usable by more people, on more devices.

Effective October 14, 2026

Our approach

We aim to make the interface understandable and operable with a keyboard, clear labels, readable contrast, and English and Japanese text. Accessibility is part of ongoing product work, including compression controls, download actions, and billing explanations.

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as a design reference. This is a statement of intent and practice, not a claim of certification or a guarantee that every page meets a particular conformance level.

Using the service

You can choose files through the file picker rather than relying only on drag and drop. Use your browser’s zoom and text settings as needed. Keep original files when checking output, especially if you use assistive technology that cannot describe visual differences in a preview.

A downloaded image does not automatically receive useful alternative text. Add an appropriate text alternative in the website, document, or platform where you publish it.

Known practical limits

Browser file pickers, download prompts, and image previews can behave differently across operating systems and assistive technologies. Very large batches may also be harder to navigate or process on a device with limited memory.

If any control or information prevents you from completing a task, contact us. We will work with you on an accessible way to obtain help or understand the relevant information.

Report an accessibility barrier

Email support@pixnobi.com with the subject “Accessibility”. Tell us which page or control caused difficulty, what you expected to happen, and the browser or assistive technology involved if you wish to share it.

You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or send private images. If you need a policy or billing explanation in another accessible format, describe the format that would help.
