Pixnobi is provided by VELDRION GROUP INC. These terms apply between you and VELDRION GROUP INC when you use Pixnobi. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean that company.

The service
Pixnobi provides local, browser-based compression of static JPEG, PNG, and WebP images, including batch processing and downloads. Animated images are not supported and are rejected. Each image may be up to 50 MB and 40 megapixels (40 million pixels). You choose the files and settings. Output characteristics depend on the input, chosen format, settings, browser, and device resources.
The free tool supports batches of up to 5 images. Each paid plan provides batches of up to 100 images during its active subscription period. All plans keep image processing on your device. The paid plans differ in billing period, not in the supported image formats.
Use the service only if you can enter the relevant agreement under the law that applies to you, or with appropriate authorization. A paid subscription requires separate, explicit acceptance of the checkout’s price, trial, and recurring-payment terms.
Your images and acceptable use
You retain your rights in your images and resulting files. You are responsible for having the permissions required to process and use them. Local compression does not grant rights to a third party’s image or remove obligations attached to it.
Do not use the service to infringe rights, break the law, distribute malicious content, interfere with the website, or bypass security or payment controls. Keep original files and review results before publishing or deleting your originals.
Subscription prices and periods
The monthly plan is US$9.90 or JPY ¥1,599 per month. The quarterly plan is US$19.90 or JPY ¥2,999 every three months. The annual plan is US$99.00 or JPY ¥15,999 per year. The two-year plan is US$129.00 or JPY ¥19,999 every two years. The three-year plan is US$199.00 or JPY ¥29,999 every three years.
Each amount is the full price for the named billing period, not a monthly installment. You pay in the currency selected and confirmed at checkout; the displayed USD and JPY prices are separate price options, not a promise of an exchange rate. Any applicable tax and the final total must be shown before you agree to pay. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion or international-transaction fees.
The included paid entitlement and any applicable usage allowance are disclosed before purchase. A subscription is not created until an enabled checkout confirms it.
One-hour trial and automatic renewal
Where the one-hour trial is offered, it begins only after a functioning checkout confirms enrollment and you explicitly consent to the trial and subsequent recurring charges. The start time, end time, selected plan, currency, first charge, and renewal interval must be shown before consent.
Cancel before the one-hour trial ends to avoid a charge. Otherwise, the full selected plan price is charged when the trial ends, and the subscription automatically renews for the same billing period unless cancelled before the next billing time. The trial is one hour, not one day.
Opening the site, using the free local compressor, or selecting a plan is not consent to a paid trial or a charge. The applicable payment methods and card-statement descriptor must be confirmed by checkout. Never submit card details by email.
Cancellation, refunds, and changes
Cancel through a subscription-management link supplied with the purchase, if provided, or by emailing support@pixnobi.com with identifying purchase details. Timely email cancellation is measured when we receive the request. Cancellation stops future renewal; paid access continues until the period ends unless refunded sooner.
Our 30-day money-back guarantee refunds the relevant charge in full when its entire paid allowance is unused and a request is made within 30 days of the charge. Partly used periods are excluded from this voluntary promise. The Refund and Cancellation policies give the full procedure, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
Changes to a paid price or material subscription terms will be communicated before they affect you, with any notice or consent required by law. Such changes do not retroactively increase an agreed charge.
Availability and limitations
We aim to provide a useful and dependable tool, but cannot promise that every input will compress, that every result will be smaller, or that access will be uninterrupted. Device memory, browser compatibility, and network availability can affect the experience.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the service meets every particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer guarantees. Statutory rights take priority over a conflicting limitation here.
Privacy, rights, and contact
The Privacy and Cookie policies describe the information the website handles. The Copyright page explains how to report suspected infringement involving material available on the website.
These terms do not require you to waive a mandatory right, accept compulsory arbitration, or give up a legal forum guaranteed by applicable law.
